Arkady Paransky, born in 1951, graduated from the Gubkin Moscow Oil Institute, and went on to post-graduate studies at the Nuclear Geophysics and Geochemistry Institute. For 20 years, he worked as an oil and gas geophysicist throughout the Soviet Union, painting in his spare time.

Fine artistic work involved since 1970. Participated in over 30 exhibitions in the country and abroad. Member of the International Art Fund. His works are in England, Georgia, Israel, New Zealand, Russia, USA, France, Sweden, Japan ...
In private meetings, GG Margaret Thatcher - British Prime Minister (1979 - 1990) and Yitzhak Rabin - Israeli Prime Minister (1974-1977, 1993-1994).
